At Supply Line, we guarantee everything we sell. Your complete satisfaction is important to us.
Shipping
Orders are shipped by UPS or USPS. The customer pays the shipping cost. Exact UPS shipping costs are charged. If the shipping cost appears to be unusually low, it is because Supply Line does not add in additional handling charges as many suppliers do.
Rush Orders
Next day and second day air service and 3 day select ground are available for shipments. We even split up packages on air shipments; sending the smallest amount needed by air freight and the remainder by less expensive ground service.
Backorders
We strive to keep 100% of our items in stock at all times. in the rare instance that a product is out of stock, the bulk of the order is shipped immediately and back-orders are shipped, with customer's approval, at the earliest possible date.
Payment Options
Please include the expiration date in addition to the card number. The three digit security code on the back of the card and the zipcode of the credit card mailing address is also required.
